ABOUT

Following cliché, as a child I expressed my interest in music through singing. I was a part of more than one school choir and as I grew older, began my journey as an instrumentalist. Now as an adult, I continue to express my interest through audio engineering.

As a composer, I have found deep inspiration in Patrick Doyle (Cinderella), Dario Marianelli (Kubo and the Two Strings), Manaka Kataoka and Yasuaki Iwata (Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild). These composers’ abilities to connect their music with the product, not only artistically but emotionally, strikes a chord that reveals the fundamental nature of our work in the industry.

My early motivation as an audio student was rooted in film audio as I was fascinated with the interaction between human life and sound. As an audio engineer, I hope to convey my own fascination as an art of connection between humanity, emotion and the natural phenomenon of sound and music.
